Eco multi-use returnable packaging

Ecological, multi-use plastic packages from the Eco line for machinery and spare parts manufacturers in printing, electronics, security and packaging industries. Empty crates fold flat to cut storage and transport costs, resist sun and moisture, and are supplied with collection from the destination, maintenance and return delivery.

Quoted per project after an on-site survey.

On-site packing services

Packing crews that arrive at the plant, warehouse, laboratory or office and pack the goods in place - the practical solution for equipment that cannot be moved to a packing facility before it is protected.

Quoted per project after an on-site survey.

Container loading, lashing & cargo securing

Professional loading and securing of containers and trucks: volume planning, load distribution, lashing and blocking to prevent movement in transit, with teams authorised to secure cargo for international shipment.

Quoted per project after an on-site survey.

Storage & warehousing services

Short and long term storage in 5,000 m² of high-security warehouses next to Haifa Port, for household goods, machinery, art and commercial cargo - with quick port access that shortens transit and reduces shipping costs. Part of a 20,000 m² logistics centre used for containers and shipments.

Quoted per project after an on-site survey.

Office, hi-tech & bio-tech relocation

Holistic office and technology moves from planning and packing to transport and unloading at the destination: workstations, IT and server rooms, laboratories, clean rooms and sensitive electronics, with ESD-aware packing and a project manager coordinating trades and schedules.

Quoted per project after an on-site survey.

Magen - advanced protective packaging for defence industries

The Magen line of protective packaging developed for defence and security industries, combining engineered crates, shock absorption and controlled-environment protection for sensitive systems that must arrive certified and ready for use.

Quoted per project after an on-site survey.

Industrial piping works

Industrial piping works as part of plant and production line projects - prefabrication, installation and connection alongside the relocation or installation of machinery, with coordination to the plant's engineering team.

Quoted per project after an on-site survey.

Customs clearance, documentation & cargo insurance

Customs representation and release paperwork in Israel and at destination, export documentation, hazardous-materials forms and all-risk cargo insurance quoted per shipment - the administrative side of the move handled by the same team that packs and ships it.

Insurance and clearance quoted per shipment value and route.

De-installation & Installation

ECHO Magnet Services is an independent multi vendor service company which is capable of providing all service steps during system movements. You may need an emergency Ramp Down, rig out, complete de-installation or turn key installation. We will be happy to participate at your projects with our highly skilled and experienced engineers.

Billed per hour of work - travel and equipment quoted per project.

Magnet Vacuum & Cool Down

Magnet vacuum, pre-cooling and cool down is our specialty. Reducing the temperature of an MRI magnet from room temp to -269C is a critical process which can end with magnet cracks, continued quench history and high helium consumption. Each magnet model has its own procedure which should be followed up with respect to OEM standards. Quench recovery, thermal re-cycling, helium recovery from cold magnets are also part of our main business. We provide you with professional service whenever and wherever you need us.

Billed per hour of work - helium consumption and parts at cost.

Express Ramp Down Service

We do provide ramp down service even with a very very short notice. As we are developing and manufacturing our own multivendor MRI tools, we are able to keep multiple sets of Ramp Power Supplies to provide ramp down service all over Europe in 24 hours.

Billed per hour of work - emergency call out quoted separately.

Cryogenic Service & Parts Supply

Understanding the problem is half and capability to solve it is the other half. We provide 7/24 service to reduce your down time and cryogenic loss by diagnosing helium leaks or unexplained helium consumption then de-icing, thermal re-cycling or just replacing the cryogenic subsystem parts. Coldheads, compressors, helium flex lines, indium sets, all from stock, available to ship worldwide with engineering support.

Billed per hour of work - parts quoted separately from stock.

Cold & warm MRI storage

Our facility in Helmond, the Netherlands, stores any MRI system type safely - in cold state with cryogenic parts replacement and on-site helium recovery, or warm. A practical option for systems waiting for a new site, a buyer or a service decision, with remote monitoring of stored magnets.

Monthly storage rate per system.
